All of our rooms are smoke-free. Smoking is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, vapes, and any product that produces smoke or vapor.
You may smoke in the pool area or in rooms with a balcony.
Each category has a maximum guest capacity that, for comfort and safety, cannot be exceeded. When booking, choose the room that's right for the number of people in your group.
From 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM we ask that you keep a peaceful atmosphere: no loud music or noise heard outside your room or in the common areas.
Amaca is a small hotel, open to Vallarta's climate, so respect among guests makes all the difference for everyone's rest.
Your room is ready starting at 4:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, we're happy to store your luggage so you can go out and enjoy the Zona Romántica from the very first minute.
Want to secure your room early? Also book the night before your arrival and check in whenever you like.
Check-out is at 11:00 AM. If your flight leaves later, leave your luggage with us and use those last hours to stroll through Vallarta hands-free.
If you'd rather leave at your own pace on the last day, book an extra night and enjoy a late departure without rushing.
Upon arrival, you leave a deposit of $1,000 MXN for the TV and air conditioning remotes and the room key.
It's fully refunded at check-out, once you return those items.
Each room has a minibar with drinks and snacks for whenever you feel like a treat without leaving your room.
Whatever you consume is charged to your account and settled at check-out.
We're pet friendly: we welcome small dogs and cats, up to two per room, in categories with a balcony. Rate of $350 MXN per pet, per night.
Includes a complimentary bed and bags. Let us know when booking to confirm availability.
See pet-friendly policy →We're happy to welcome your visitors. They can join you in your room from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, after registering at the front desk with official identification.
After 11:00 PM, visitors may not remain at the hotel. If someone would like to stay the night, we're happy to register them as an additional guest, with a charge of $500 MXN per person, per night, as long as the room's maximum capacity is not exceeded.
