Please read the following terms and conditions applicable to the hotelamaca.com website. By accessing this page, you accept all its terms of use, without limitation or criteria.

Rates

  • Rates published on the Hotel Amaca website are valued per night of stay. Promotional or special rates are valid only when booking online HotelAmaca.com Published prices are in Mexican pesos. All rates include VAT and tourist taxes as well as government taxes. room rates are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice.

Reservations

  • Reservations can be made online HotelAmaca.com, or by calling our contact numbers directly. The hotel requires reservations before arrival. Reservations are considered confirmed only with a Guarantee Deposit. Doubts regarding reservations are not made automatically , but individually with a response within 2 business days.

Check-in/Check-out

  • Check-in or entry time is from 3:00 pm
  • Check-out or departure time is no later than 12:00 pm (noon).
  • Departures after 12:00 pm without prior notice or agreement, they will be subject to a fine of up to the value of 10 nights.
  • Early check-in is subject to availability and a charge of up to 100% of the night. For guaranteed early check-in, the room must be reserved the night before in good time.
  • Late check-out requests can be made through the front desk only and are subject to determination based on hotel occupancy, if accepted. this one has a charge.

Deposit Guarantee

  • A deposit equivalent to $200.00 MXN in cash is required to safeguard the kit that is delivered to you at check-in that includes keys and controls. At check-out time, our receptionists receive the kit of keys and controls , they will proceed to deliver the $200.00 MXN that you left as a deposit.

Reservation Extension Policy

  • Extended stay will be provided at current room rates, subject to availability. Actual room rates may be different from the rates at which the room was reserved.

Changes, cancellations and "no show" policy

  • Confirmation of change to any reservation is subject to room availability. Hotel Amaca reserves the right to charge your credit card with a cancellation fee equivalent to the number of nights reserved.


Cancellation fees are determined according to season:


General cancellations – low season (June, September and October):

  • Full refund up to 72 hours prior to arrival 50% refund up to 48 hours prior to arrival
    No refund for the last 48 hours prior to arrival if rooms cannot be rented

    If you booked at a special rate, or any discount, the Policy Cancellation is NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of the date of cancellation.

Winter cancellations/Holy Week/Bear Week/ Bridges and holidays:

  • Full refund up to 18 days before arrival50% refund up to 10 days before arrival
    No refund for the last 10 days before the date if the rooms cannot be rented

    If you booked with a special rate, or some discount, the Policy Cancellation is NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of the date of cancellation.

Christmas and New Year cancellations:

  • no refund at all


Pets

Only small and medium sized pets are allowed

  • Pets are allowed for an additional charge of $250 MXN per night, per pet. They must be kept on a leash in any public area of the hotel and are not allowed in the pool. Pets must not be left unattended at any time, including in the room. In the event that the pet causes any disturbance, the hotel reserves the right to ask the pet owners to cover any expenses that may be incurred.

Third parties and extra people:

  • Room rates are indicated for single or double occupancy. Additional adults sharing a room will cost 350 Mexican pesos per night, per person. Without exceeding the maximum number of occupation.


Guest behavior


You are expected to behave in an orderly and acceptable manner at all times and not to disrupt the enjoyment of other Guests. We reserve the right to immediately terminate your booking and the booking of members of your party if we (acting reasonably) believe your conduct to be in breach of this clause. Conduct that we reasonably consider to be inappropriate includes, but is not limited to:

  • Inappropriate noise levels or disturbances. Drunkenness or rebellious behavior. Any behavior that appears offensive to other Guests or collaborators.


We will at all times act reasonably in making any determination under this clause.


In the event that we cancel your reservation, you will be required to vacate your accommodation immediately. You will be responsible for any damage or loss caused by you or a member of your party. Full payment for any damage or loss must be paid prior to your departure. If you are unable to make payment, you will be responsible for the enforcement of any claims (including legal costs) subsequently made against us as a result of your actions together with all expenses we incur in pursuing any claim on your behalf. against.


Our obligations to you end when the reservation ends. We will have no obligation to reimburse you for lost accommodation and are not responsible for any expenses or costs incurred as a result of termination.
